After a purchase has been made it can take a couple of hours sometimes to fully come through to your account. Please try the following in order to get your coins! Rest assured, you will get the coins that you paid for! Please try these methods out if you're waiting for your purchase.
- Close down the app completely and log back in. This can sometimes kickstart the process of getting your coins.
- Go to the settings menu and then to personal and press the "Restore Purchase" button. This can trigger the purchase.
- Visiting the store and clicking the e-coins bundle but not completing the purchase.
